Protest Resolution Tribunal Rulings

The MCC Competition Council Protest Resolution Tribunal was formed in 2019 to provide an impartial and unbiased decision on motorcycle race protests. The Tribunal is an arm’s length neutral body that is ready to rule on protests that cannot be resolved at the track. Members include representatives from each of the following national racing organizations:

• Canadian Superbike Championship (CSBK) – Road Racing

• Flat Track Canada (FTC) – Dirt Track Racing

• Motorsport Racing Canada (MRC) – Motocross Racing

• World Enduro Canada (WEC) – Enduro and Cross Country Racing

• World Trials Canada (WTC) – Trials

• September 14, 2019: Pro 450 class, Moto 3, Montreal Supercross – Montreal, Quebec
• August 11, 2019: CSBK Pro Sportbike Final – Grand Bend, Ontario
• July 27, 2019: Pro 450 class, Riverglade MX Park – Moncton, New Brunswick
• July 20, 2019: Pro 450 class, Moto 2, M/X  – Sand Del Lee, Ontario
• June 15, 2019: Pro 250 & Pro 450 Class MX Round 3 – Minnedosa, Manitoba
• June 9, 2019: CSBK Pro Sportbike Final – Grand Bend, Ontario
• June 1, 2019: Pro 250 class, Moto 2, M/X Round One, Wildrose Motocross Park – Calgary, Alberta
