Autumn Riding and Winter Storage Workshop

Markham – August 7, 2012:  Are You Ready for Autumn Riding and Winter Motorcycle Storage? is the title of the first in a series of Motorcyclists Confederation of Canada (MCC) webcasts planned for 2012-13.  On the evening of Monday, September 17th, long-time riding enthusiast Nancy Chaston, Executive Director of the Nova Scotia Off-Road Riders Association, will feature tips on how best to tackle autumn riding and store your motorcycle for those long winter days.  Hosted by MCC’s Women Riders Council, this informative, interactive webcast is sponsored by Pro Cycle Online, the web-based retail service of Pro Cycle Limited, which has been serving Halifax-area motorcycle riders since 1983.

“Now is the perfect time to prepare for, and begin to think about autumn riding as well as the steps needed to safely store your ride for winter,” noted MCC’s Women Riders Council Chair, Mary Johnson.  “Given that road and riding conditions can swiftly change during the autumn months, the MCC webcast will guide participants through some of the mechanical, physical, mental and skills-related challenges riders need to focus on to ride safely and better enjoy their autumn riding days.”
